Canned Acorn Iberian Loin is a traditional sausage made from the dam located next to the shoulder of the Iberian pork fed Bellota, and seasoned traditionally and stuffed in natural casing. Thanks to its homemade seasoning and its artisanal cure, an exquisite product is achieved.

In can, the noble pieces are presented and preserved: loin and loin steaks.

The sausage, at a specific maturation point, almost completely finished, is introduced into cans and sealed. Maturation stabilizes in the product’s own aromas, causing it to rest in its own flavors until the can is opened.

The intensity of both the aroma and the flavors is greatly enhanced, turning this ending into the best way to experience the memories of the ancient and true Iberian flavor.

All the sausages that are used for canning must be introduced naked, whole and at the right point of maturation. It can only be made with sausages made with natural casings.

The weights can be varied on demand, but it is usual to can them as follows:

  • Iberian acorn loin: five or seven pieces. That is, 5-6 kgrms; 7-8 kgrms.
  • Acorn-fed Iberian Lomito: eight kilograms.
  • It is the tender loin indicated for important events, and for the most exquisite palates.
