Delicatessen Iberian Lomito is a traditional sausage made from the dam located next to the shoulder of the Iberian pig fed from Bellota, and seasoned traditionally and stuffed in natural casing. Thanks to its homemade seasoning and its artisanal cure, an exquisite product is achieved.
